How do I create an account?

Simply visit the “My Account” section and click the “Register” tab located near the top of the page. Creating an account on our website gives you the easiest and most convenient way to shop for our products, track your orders, and receive updates about your orders.

If you have a Facebook, Google or Twitter account, you can create an account on our website even faster by choosing your desired platform (ie. “Log in with Facebook”).

How do I change my account password?

To change your account password for our website, you will need to either log in to your account or visit the Forgot Password page to reset it. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Note: Art History 101 staff will never ask you to provide them with your account password.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, all of our website visitors have the option to complete their purchase as a Guest without signing up for a user account on our website.

How do I subscribe to your email newsletter?

To get exclusive offers, special promotions, and be first to hear about new releases, please sign up for our mailing list by providing your email address in the box at the bottom of most pages.

How do I unsubscribe to your newsletter?

If you’d no longer like to receive emails from Art History 101, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter email you’ve received from us.

How do I unlock my account after it has been locked/suspended?
