Returns and Exchanges

How to Start a Return:

  1. Sign into your account here.
  2. Navigate to the Orders section. Here you will see a list of all recent purchases made on the website.
  3. Click theRequest Returnbutton next to the applicable order.
  4. Select which items you intend to return by checking the box to the left of the product.
  5. Choose the appropriate “Reason for Return” from the drop-down menu.

Return Policy

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you’ve received your order.
  2. Merchandise must be unworn, any tags attached, and free of any defects.
  3. If the above requirements are met, a refund will be granted for the original amount paid for the merchandise and applied as online credit, in the form of a digital coupon, or gift card. Shipping costs and any other taxes associated with the order are not refunded.

Art History 101 Clothing Co. is not responsible for any other items than those specified for return on the “Request Return/Exchange” prompts. If you return any other items beyond those specified for return on the aforesaid prompt, we will discard the additional item. Any product which is deemed a promotional item or Final Sale will not be eligible for return nor exchange. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT FAILURE TO SPECIFY WHICH ITEMS YOU INTEND TO RETURN ON THE AFOREMENTIONED “REQUEST RETURN/EXCHANGE” PROMPT WILL LEAD TO A DISPOSAL OF ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS NOT IDENTIFIED. NO REFUND CREDIT OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL NON-IDENTIFIED ITEMS.

If an order or item is returned to Art History 101 without a tracking or delivery confirmation service, your return or exchange may be refused in the event we do not receive the merchandise.

Products purchased at any of our retail locations or third-party retailers carrying our products, must be returned to that specific location within 30 days of purchase, unworn and free of any defects.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item with another product available on our website, please return your original order and place a new order for the desired items using the refund credit issued (in the form of a digital Coupon Code, or a gift card).

Refused Deliveries

Any shipments that are not able to be delivered by means of: (1) a refusal by the recipient, (2) an invalid or incomplete address, will be returned to our warehouse or shipment fulfillment center and treated as a Return. The customer will be given full credit for all item(s) purchased. Shipping costs are not refunded.
